The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord (02.02.2023) was a remarkable day for Sr. Maria Veronica Tran Thi Vuong, the day she officially signed the perpetual covenant with The Lord, in the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres. That day was really the day the Lord had made when Sr. Veronica was filled with joy and gladness.

The joy and gladness Sr. Veronica received on that day of her perpetual Profession were lifted with a wonderful Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Vicar General Bishop Ken Howell, in the presence of the Sisters of the district, many priests from different dioceses of Australia and Vietnam, especially her sibling Fr. Anthony Tran and her family. In the solemn, joyful, and delightful liturgy, Sr. Veronica happily and decisively professed her solemn “YES” to God’s invitation to consecrate ALL her life to Him in serving His people in the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Paul de Chartres.

With grateful heart, Sr. Veronica took the opportunity to express her deepest gratitude to Sr. Teresa, the District Superior and all the sisters of Australia’s District, for opening the SPC door with such a warm welcome and willing assistance including prayers, guidance, and support on her vocation journey. May God continue to bless Sr. Veronica on her consecrated life and services for the good of the Church and God’s people.
